A female's vaginal area often has a slight bulge, although it does seem that this one would be overly so. Also, if it were a man, the shoulders would be a little wider.

I think that looks excellent. I will agree that the pubic bone looks more like a male buldge but it could be the pants? (if your working from reference that is) It doesnt by any means hurt the painting though. Great pic
