Little character painting thingy. Comments are recommended. I started out thinking of doing a funky version of Death, but changed it into some Veggite from Alaska.
Here's the biggie: http://www.antsin3d.com/portfo/Feb2k1/weird1.jpg

At first I thought it was too dark... but now, the more I look at it the more I like it... Just putting some more gloss on the hair might do the trick... and brightening up the moon a bit maybe?
Excellent other then that.
Now that I look at the big picture, I'm not sure I dig those vein-y things on his cloak... and I'm not sure you need to see his iris at all... the darkness is what gives it the great mood I think =)

Yeah, it's always hard making it bright enough for everybody, cause my monitor is very bright. This image looks normal(not particularly dark) on my Hitachi 751. So to paint at a level others can see easily, I need to paint in a range higher than feels right. Weird.

Hey, I think I fixed my monitor callibration! I changed the image to suit my new brightness-can everyone see it now? Lemme know, cause I want to see if this is the way everyone else sees my stuff.
