i would really appreciate some suggestions on how to make the right part, which is not metallic, look more real, and less like a mask or something not human and also to get some overall feedback to the picture. thanks

Try not to use black to shadows the face on the right. Also add a little more color to that face it seames a little dead. Another techinque is to work on the faces independantley of eachother then merge them whe you are done.

my 2 cents

Keep up the nice work

hmm i dunno how to ake things looks good metallic. but i suppose u could brighten the highlights a lot to give it the hyper-reflective polished look? i think it looks nice now tho, kind of like brushed stainless steel.

Hi Masticator,

I think you should work a little more on the anatomy of the head. Look at how his eyes are put. It doesn't match the head shape. The eyes are too big. The head is too slim . Also I'd give him. a bigger cheek bone. The face should be much wider. Keep it up, your textures are promising. Good luck.
