wow! spooky! he's got no thumbs!
* first off the cape doesn't look like fabric at all
* add some shading/highlights to the whole thing
* most of the painting is WAY too blurred, whereas the lines on the armour look too sharp - looks like you mixed up styles.
* give the poor guy thumbs - he pitys me!
* the forehead is too large
* whats that black line between the hand and the sword??

The main thing I notice is that the cape doesn't 'drape' correctly. Essentially, the figures cape is very much like a set of drapes you'd see in a window. If you look at a set of drapes, you'll notice that creases/folds run 'vertically' top to bottom. You have them going at an odd angle. Try making the folds or creases start from the neck and work there way down the figure. |
