Hello ppl.

Got here by some link from some 3D site, and WOW! I've been missing out!

Anyways, I'm ecstatic such a place exists, and I will be visiting often from now on.

Here's a digital piece I'm working on. I'm mostly a traditional guy, but have been wanting to do more digital stuff. This is basically my attempt to do something digital that still had that traditional look. Feel free to comment.

The original sketch looks sketchy ... but the painted version is very good. Excellent shading !

I like your textures very much too

Could you distribute them in higher resolutions ? Thanks

Well, the piece started out as a sketch with ball point pen(as you can see in the sketchy area). I scanned it in and started painting on a layer in Painter6.

The textures(the original PSD files) are only around 256x256 pixels, at most 512x512 pixels, so even if I wanted to show them at a highr res, I can't. There ARE a couple huge textures I did(which was chopped up into small bits), and you can see here:

nice job.. i like how you capture the shading on her face from her good. Smooth transitions of color too, good skin tone.. can't wait to see you finish it up..
