...........ok?

Right, start by looking through some of the thousands of posts on this forum, there is a huge amount of varied and talented artists here. I doubt any technical points would help you at this point, just keep practicing you'll soon see improvements yourself.

(BTW does your friend know about the painting?)

I think you should ask your friend about these images. She might not like having her face and a nude floating around cyberspace. Matter of fact I bet she would smack the hell out of ya for it. Or worse, she could sue ya for it. I don't know your friend's demenor so I can't speak for her.

As for the image, draw alot!!! Get a tall mirror and draw yourself. Draw your hands, face, body, whatever. Also search on the net for tutorials for proportions of the human figure.

And this may sound stupid, but draw lots of stick figures in alot of different poses. Stick figures can help you get your proportions correct, it will give you a good foundation.

Hope this helps and if it were me, I wouldn't put any more pics up of nude females unless they knew about it.

I wish I could be just like you, so I could be friends with me....

Well.. you should probably stick to nudes. The clothing destroys the form.

Also.. her anatomy is very weak for what you are probably trying for. The shading does not reveal form and there isnt any line work to reinforce it.

keep working on basics
