Well the leg is not really 'wrong' it's just too blury to see how it is articulated. Try to add a shade or two.
Like this i'd say it looks like the hind leg of crouched cat but the upper part would have to cast a shadow on the paw itself...
Dunno if it helps?
Maybe the right leg should be visible too since it's not really a profile.
The idea is cool... get on with it! |

you should rotate the leg a bit inward and make the ankle thinner.
looking off of that I dig it

Certainly showing signs of a very interesting critter. The colour of the tail section strikes me as a little lizardy/dino animal. This is helped along by the large hind legs and what looks to be the beginnings of some very big claws. Then you have the whole bird wings and head. A couple of things that I would think about would be the colour of the 'lower body' and how that compares with the upper body. Also watch where exactly the top of the wings connect into the torso. If too high, that would limit the movement of the neck laterally. Also, the back half of the body suggests a rather heavy creature and you'd want wings that would be able to handle this body weight.

Not sure if what i said was clear so here is how I see the leg. Maybe it's not at all what you had in mind but...

OK this is where I am up to atm. Next I am moving the head up and restructuring it a little.. I might redraw it completely but the same idea as this one is a little too messed up to continue with. I am still strugggling with the leg sadly.
More input is welcome and I apreciate it. Even on stroke technique
Thanks to those who have replied too
