Hey, did this one while the forums were down.
It's not finished though. Another archer, kneeling in front of the other is still missing. And the arrow will be inflamed in the next version.
Maybe you can pop some crits?
-thanks

Looks good. I like the style of the archer, a good old elven ranger
Maybe he could have larger hips, he's a bit too V-shaped to my taste... i don't know, the head could be a little bigger too.
I like the rays of light coming from the clouded sky. good idea.
But i think that with this kind of sky you wouldn't have such 'saturated' colors for the foreground. Maybe you could try to make it all a bit more blue-greyish like the background.
Of course if the arrow is enflamed, it'll add more colorful tones on the archer. |

The green grass looks flat.
try making it alittle paler/lighter/lower saturated in the distnace and it will look more like a perspective landscape.

All I wish is to continue my journey! Does the mere mention of the name Drizzt attract your ilk!? |

his index finger and middle finger holding the bow are too long. and the other arm pulling back the arrow seems a little displaced with the cloth trying to go around it. those are the major ones.
i really like your style. reminds me much of the other one you did of the devil? was it?
oh and why did you change your name, maybe i missed the reason in another thread.

Thanks for all the advice. I'll do what I can to fix the problems and make some progress with the picture.

Bradford: Hey, you're right. Never knew I have a recognizable style.
Oh and bout my name... I just didn't like El Caseron. I didn't even know what its translation is. It sounded like some spanish bullfighter and auch a name really doesn't fit to me.

the two fingers at the front probably wouldn't be arround the arrow, usually u just let the arrow sit ontop of one finger. That would just cause xtra friction and possible take out some of the feathers |
