well i can't really make it out what the hell it is.

for something abstract, it looks nice actually. at least in my opinion.

but i can't figure out waht it's supposed to be. :|

it looks like you're underwater, looking up at the bottom of a boat. i like the waves btw.

That's exactly what I thought it was too. So if that's what you were going for, then I think it looks REALLY good. The reason it still looks funny to you is probably just because that's not something that is seen very often.

If it is a boat, isn't it a good idea to draw a trail after the boat, like if it's moving? What will also be a nice addition to this scene may be some fishes, that suggests some more that the picture is actualy seen form under water, and not above.

Your picture looks cool. Maybe you should blend the waves more with gradient like colors? Here are few references I found while surfing...

Didn't got wacom for christmas, but I got a scene I'm working on, but I cant get it to look real. Looks funny.

I think it should be a cave thing, like in the spooge thread, anyway; it was just a test.
Maby later when my 'com is in mail Ill slap in a few subs bubbles and fishies..
