This baby's a beaut I tell ya. Purrs like a kitten.:P Seriously, first Mech, first Mech modeling. I thought I would get into the spirit with all the Mech pics showin up.
I couldn't for the life of me figure out legs. Could someone give me a shove in the right direction?
Thanks
[Edit] Just noticed the edges are way too sharp for it to be so rusty. I'll have to fix that.

it looks like you have an interesting model, underneath the surface of that rusty texture. I think the model itself might benefit from a little more detail, but I think what would really turn this picture around as more and varying textures. Right now it looks like you just put one on the thing. The rust texture would probably look cool in some parts, to show they are getting older, but I think you should definately look into different types of metallic ones, etc. I'm not really sure how you would implement this because im terrible at 3d modeling. |

Oyy...those are basic geometric shapes bunched together. Explore the program till you goo blue. Check out tutorials, cry when you just cant seem to get it right. Hate life. And then revel in your magnificence as you ultimately create something others will envy you for.
I swear, Ill bite your ass if you dont do this. |

Snowman: Thanks,I'll do just that. I'll see if i can get more textures. And you are right the whole thing has only one texture.
Shaded: I'm not good at all with industrial design so it's hard for me to see hydralics and such, but I'll try. Thanks. |
