I really like the blue light reflection. Nice job on the teeth also, they are very well done..
YOu could do some work on the hair though..
Other than that, really really nice job.. |

Sorta nice. The hair.. hair can be hard or easy. Try to give it more direction.. imagine each hair as a path hmm with triangles on the end. Also, try to break the hair down into large surfaces with simple shading.. then put in highlights and individual strands.

Here is a character i drew yesterday.
i know, all my little babies are a bit freaky, but maybe you could give me some advice for this stuff on the both sides of his head that is meant to be thicker hair. and some advice for the character on the whole, like lightning and stuff.
