i agree about the interface, but I guess one could get used to it.
Nice ship and textures.
I keep wanting to see more light on the back end of the ship. Or some rim lighting to help bring the ship out more.
Are you going to do anything else with this? |

Thats a punkass problem im having eh - the texture itself is pretty detailed. When rendered at a distance though, it blurs up.
And man, thats piddling all over me. I am most displeased. I dono what freakin setting to tweak.

With a sweet little freeware soft called Starbits. It can be found here: http://members.nbci.com/echomag/starbits/
ps - sam, I dono about doing more with it. Was just trying to see what my prowess at Max was.
And off of pure curiosity, You a Max user?

Shaded: I'm using maya right now, but i'm going to be getting into max on the side. Alot of gaming companies use it, so I thought it would be a good idea to have a basic understanding of the layout of Max. I'm currious as to how the new max will be, version 4 (magma) or something like that. I heard it's not as cluttered..we'll see... |
