In PS 5.02 I get very nice and smooth lines. The same in Painter 6 AND 7 and Paint in windows..
But in Photoshop 6 and beyond, my lines go ultra choppy. It really urks me.
I've noticed that it changes, depending on the wacom driver revision I use. (I have a graphire)
My system specs are pretty good, so it isn't lack of memory (512 RDram) and a 2+ Ghz processor.
Which drivers do you guys use? Or does anyone perhaps have good suggestions on removing the choppiness?
(wacom customer support are unwilling to acknowledge there is a problem)

Same problem here to, no problems with Gimp though.
I use the 4.72-4 driver on Windows 2000. |

I don't know if this has has anything to do with your problem but in Photoshop you can check smoothing in the brush toolbar.
Don't know if this is available in 6 and 5 but in 7 it is.
Try it if you haven't already done it...
