What exactly makes skin look wet? I've been looking at pictures but I still can't put my finger on it.
In comic/anime you get lots of water drops on the subjects skin but I guess you don't have that in real life.
So, is it the glosiness or something like that?

Aaargh, this is driving me crazy!

Its the only time skin has specular highlighting to be exact.
