if i was to paint a small painting on my computer mouse, as a signiture to personalize it, what paints should i be looking into that would show up nicely on the plastic? and what should i put to keep the paint on the mouse, and not smudging?
this is the mouse i'm using at this certain point of time in my life. |

Saw this somewhere
"Plastic surfaces do not allow for the best adhesion of paint films. The use of a bonding primer would promote improved adhesion to this substrate. The surface should first be cleaned to remove all contaminants. Lightly sanding the surface will help adhesion of the paint. Follow the primer with either a good quality latex paint or oil base paint. Again the adhesion acquired by this system is relative and subject to the preparation. Severity of the environment as well as type of cleaners used and frequency of cleaning may limit the service life of this system."
No clue if it helps, but I'd go easy on the sanding. |

ugh... used to be a Sherwin Williams employee.
That's good advice. Scuff it up, prime it, and paint it, it should last a while.
