Hi, my name's Mongoose, and I'm a WWF-aholic.

Does anyone else have a bizzarre attraction/obsession with the WWF? As cheesy as it is sometimes, I just can't pull myself from the TV when it's on.

I'm off to get myself a piece of pootang pie. If ya smell what the goose is cookin'.

ehheehe nein, i dont find myself attracted to TV when they show a bunch of sweaty men on it screaming, kicking the floor, and making SKARY faces That basically summs up the wrestling experience for me as a whole.
However i do have a Tshirt saying "Shizo - 16:3" lol

SKARY face:

SWEATY bum:

I used to be a WWF addict myself, not anymore though. I'm proud to say I am fully recovered.

when i get bored i watch ECM wrestling,. they beat the hell out of eachother, it's hilarious,. just picture this four against one,. the one is in the center of the ring bloody as hell and the four are each on a turnbuckle and all jump at the same time and smash the guy,. it prolly hurt a little for the giu in the middle, but damn was it funny, specially since two of the flying guys headbutted themselves in the air,.

There's no reason to be ashamed of liking a tv show. Just because some people like it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it. Not everybody likes Dhabih's work.

If you look at wrestling today, the performers are the gods amoung men. The Greeks had their gods and monsters, the Medievil (sp) had dragons and knights and we have the larger-then-life superstars. They are easily comparable to the gladiators of times past- but you don't see people making fun of them.

Compared to what wrestling used to be (ie Doink the Clown vs Nailz the escaped convict was just about 5 years ago), it's greatly improved. Besides, who can't give a "hell yeah" when Stone Cold kicks the crap out of a business man and who can't smell what the rock is cooking when he lays the smack down on some DX candy asses.

Maybe I'm writing too much about this.

BTW, B, do you mean ECW? The hardcore legends of "E-C-Fucking-W" are scary.. their lack of respect for their own body and the crowd is amazing. Nothing like seeing a guy get thrown through 3 stacked tables to the concrete floor.. or someone jump off the top of a 30 foot balcony only to table slam a bastard. The good thing about them is that there isn't any story lines- just insane action.

On a last note, one must look to the Japanese wrestling for hardcore. They can't even show that stuff here.. you have to buy the tapes from importers. These are some REAL matches:

* Exploding, Electrified barbed wire cage match (Instead of ropes, there is barbed wire with eletric currents)
* Electrified Barbed Wire Pool Death Match (Match takes place at a swimming stadium with bombs in the water)
* Barbed Wire Free Fall Scaffold Match (Match takes place on scaffolding 20 feet above the ring covered in barded wire- first one to fall, loses)
* Electrified Land Mine Barbed Wire Double Hell Death Match (you can guess)

Damn, I didn't think I'd write up this much just because a guy likes the WWF. Well, here's your wrestling lesson for today.
