I am going to buy "The Art of Star Wars: Attack of the Clones
".

Is it worth buying the version which includes the screenplay or should I rather buy the one without? Is the screenplay worth the higher price?

Why would you want the "screenplay" of EP2 anyway? I mean ... please ...

I don't know what the price difference is, but the screenplay isn't anything great. It's not like the Laurance Kasdan script for The Empire Strike Back (which was a classic script), and if you want quotes you'll be able to find the script online.

So the only real reason to get the script version is for "completeness".

I am living in Europe and here you can get the version without screenplay.

The one with costs EUR 42,91 and the one without EUR 29,20.

I will probably buy the one without! ^___^

i've only found one store that has the book, and it only has the screenplay version. amazon only seems to list the screenplay version too... maybe it's a euro thing. damn.

I have it and i think its good.
But the art of episode 1 is actually much better in my opinion. Iain McCaig does't take up as much space in the art of episode 2. he did some awesome character drawings in art of ep1. But on the other side there is this new concept designer they have called Dermot Power who almost is in the same class as Iain.
The art of episode 2 features some really great enviroment paintings made by Ryan church and Eric Tiemens though. This book is better on the enviroment than the first, but lacks (or rather doesn't bring anything new) to the character studies compared to the first.
Let a friend buy it is my advice 2 u

ahh sorry didn't read your question as thouroughly as I should have.
Why buy the screenplay? you can get it on the internet...
The art is hard to download from the net and print on good quality paper and gather to a neat little book to the same price as "the art of episode 2" though, hehe
You COULD buy the art of episode 2 without the screenplay and get the extra money you get and send them to me here in Stockholm

Theres some good advice for ya!
