Here's a little tip if you know your way around the net ... try to dig up a non-english provider and use Altavista Babelfish to translate the registration page ... the non english sites generally have much less pressure from the vast crowds of english-speaking netizens ... they may also have much less trouble with pop-ups and restrictions ...
