well, assuming that they have just started...they proably aren't as confident in their skills, so they draw the first thing on their mind and their shortest route to creative gratification:

naked women.

The original reason people begin to draw and do art is to express themselves. Most teenage boys who are getting into art will draw naked women because that is what is on their mind. It's a means of self expression. Eventually they "grow up" so to speak and start thinking about other things and continue to express themselves through art. But there is a period when the kids just draw a whole lot of naked girlies. It's a phase.

I read somewhere that men think about sex every 5 minutes, I guess that doesn�t count for teenage boys from 14 year old, I think about sex almost every minute, and If I had Drawing skills, I would draw Naked Women

I'm probably going to give them too much credit and say that naked girls = attention, attention = recognition, recognition = status, status = good. (naked girls = good)

That and a lot of artists love the delicate naked lady form. Nearly every figure drawing class always has the subjects in the nude.

And drawing naked people is a lot better practice than drawing clothes. The naked form has many more curves that you have to master to get it to look even remotely right. Clothes are just rectangles with wrinkles.

I started out drawing nudes because I hadn't figured out clothing wrinkles and hair. I drew bald females because my friends would have thought I was some kind of wierdo if I drew pages and pages of writhing buck-naked bald men.
