I've given it a lot of thought, and I've decided that i definitely want to work in an art kind of field, whether moddelling animating or anything else really. There have been a few posts about the kind of jobs, salaries etc. lately, and they've been very useful.

I find myself living in South Africa, somewhat distanced (physically) from places of interest. I was wondering if some of you might point me to places/schools/universities to consider, people to talk to etc. since i'll find myself coming pretty much blindly into things. Er, no thats not quite what i mean, but you get the idea.

For the record, im currently in my last year of secondary school, we end in december, my grades (er, what a strange word americans use, grades) are qutie good, but i don't expect that to matter much.
