I know that the active surface of the Wacom maps itself to your screen resolution. So, does a small wacom produce low resolution problems on a large resolution screen. Such as a 4x6 tablet used with a 1600x1200 resolution or higher screen.

The effective physical resolution of a wacom tablet is something ridiculous . . . in the thousands of DPI at least.

I use a 8x6 on two monitors 1920x1200 and 1600X1200 - got no problems
