-Upload you picture to a server of some kind.

-Press "reply" in a thread or create your own subject.

-To add the image press "image" in the lower right hand corner of the dialog box, and fill in the url (full adress) to the image and press "ok".

-You will now see some weird text in the text area. This is what tells the browser that an image will appear, and you should not edit the contents of this text. You can however move it around.

That should do it!
