I see all these great paintings done in painter and photoshop. People tell me to use teh brushes and stuff...so I try it, but when need to make a smooth edge, or a nice crisp edge to end a form to go onto another. ICANT. because the texture of the brush just makes the edge not smooth, or my hand isn't stead enough to make a 100% undistorted and perfect edge. How do you do it? |

photoshop:
sharp edges - with the help of lasso tool
hard edges - regular hard brush
soft edges - round soft brush
lost edges - round soft brush, optionally smudge (be VERY cautious with this) |
