Hello,
I have just found this forum, and I must say it is really good...
So when browsing it I am very short of time... and I didn't searched for the similar question as mine.(sorry for asking silly and dull question).

The question is: what program would you recommend for creation of high quality color pictures?(drawn.. not 3D). I have good experience with Photoshop(but never tried to draw something really good in it myself).
What can be used as an instrument... mouse ? or an electronic pen.(I will have to get used to mouse, as everything I have drawn is in pencil)
I again apologize for a silly question.
I will appreciate any advice you can give.

Welcome to the forums

both mouse and electronic pen (Tablet) can be used however drawing with a mouse is really hard and frustrating. Get a Wacom Tablet (thats what MOST people here use)... you can probably get a good deal at ebay.com
