Question? I have seen issues with this and I just wanted to double check prior to working my ass off on this project. I have to do a couple projects due in 4 weeks and it needs to be put on 16x20 black pegboard type background.
In Photoshop if I set it up 14 x 18, shouldn't it print that size? Also what DPI should I set it at? Or should I double the size and reduce it prior to printing? I just wanna make sure it looks as good on paper that it will on screen.
Thanks!! |

See the post "resolution questions". Essentially you would ideally want the file to be 300 dpi, but that may be way too large. 150dpi is the lowest you can go without seeing any nasty pixelation in your print, so try and find a manageable value around that. As for what size Photoshop prints at it all depends on the settings you set up in the "print" dialog. |
