Hi everyone!
I'm pretty much a first time poster here and was wondering if someone knows of a good reference site in showing how to go about rendering Chrome, titanium, silver, and other metals. I'm working in traditional markers and chalk, but any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm. There's this one:

That's the only one I know off hand. I have a book called "Drawing Realistic Textures in Pencil" that goes into great detail about rendering photorealistic objects in graphite and charcoal. Nothing on marker though. I thought Spooge Demon did a thread, or had a page, about placing reflections on planes and cylinders and whatnot, but I can't find it. |
