Um try www.freeservers.com or xoom or geocities...
Just do a search for free websites and you should get plenty to choose from. Usually they have it set up so that you can upload pictures and put them in a format so you don't have to learn HTML or anything fancy. But I suggest learning the basics of html at www.htmlgoodies.com or doing another search for the basics of web building or graphics.
I hope I helped a little...

Try Bizlandthey give you 35 megs or so they say they do and they are set up so that you dont have to know html. But like homeboy said earlier you should learn at least the basics. Crosswindsgive you unlimited space and no banners but you need to know html they dont have a easy webpage builder like others

Um... Crosswinds is SLOW. Don't go there...
Redrival.com offers 20 megs of space and doesn't require any ads to be displayed. On the other hand, their servers have had a lot of stability issues. http://www.tbns.net is apparently pretty much exactly like Redival, except more stable. |

http://www.dencity.com
gives you 25 meg and a messageboard, but you need to know how to code HTML. They give you some tutorials..but they are limited.
They don't require any ads, but they do put a dencity button on the bottom of each page...hardly noticable though. |
