I've been offered a job. A marketing firm is remodeling their building to have a fancy olde thyme storefront facade, and they want an artist to do a painting (on an 8'x4' piece of plywood) of what the building is going to look like when they are done, to post by the roadside for traffic to see and admire. They gave me architect's elevation renderings, and asked me to paint a view of the building so that you could see the two more interesting sides.
I've never done any job like this before, so I gotta ask - how much should I charge? They've asked that I make them an offer ... so I don't want to offer something totally low priced, or so high it makes them say "see ya!" ...
I am open to suggestions. I'll give more info if needed.
Thanks.
