Well, I was gonna post a drawing I did but silly me being the stoopid bastard that I am decided not to take the extra 5 minutes to look for the ac adapter that belongs to my scanner, instead, just slapping a 20dc adapter into what was only made for a 12v...
Worst part is, Its only a year old and I only got to use it about 10 times.

dude sparking scanners rock.. i plugged in an adapter into a scanner once when I wasn't sure if it was the right one and sparks flew all over the place.. was sweet.

Depending on the brand, I've previously been one of the guys you call when you've done that.
We have a special word for people like you.
Unfotunately we never get to see the results, I don't supose you caught a polaroid of the moment? |

Actually it doesn`t suck that bad... I just did my taxes...(always wait til the last minute) Anyways, I seem to be getting back just over $1600... 
So,if I keep it quite and not let the old lady find out I can buy some stuff. But if she finds out,its off to the mall for a 5 hour tour of the jeans.
