Looks like Aliens 5 is being planned...
heres the snipet i read it from Greater Union (i hope Giger and Cobb are going to work on it)....

Meanwhile, Ridley Scott (pictured right), director of the original 1979 Alien that spawned three sequels, is seriously considering taking on Alien 5 with the idea of making it a prequel that explains the origins of the creatures that stalked Sigourney Weaver in the hit sci-fi movies
