I've seen some amazing landscape art in the Finished Work forum and I was thinking if the landscapes that you paint are pre-drawn by yourself then colored and ink removed or is at all free-hand mouse?

Depends on ones technique. Most artists on here relate using a mouse to draw to using a brick. They paint and draw with tablets. ( http://www.wacom.com ). Some artists prefer to draw a landscape or other scene in pencil first, because often a pencil is easier to control. Then they scan it, and just paint over the lines, using them as a guide. Other artists just go right in without any lines at all and just paint shapes to make the painting. That requires a bit of knowledge beforehand, mostly traditional painting skills.
