I would suggest ebay also.
I got my brand new wacom artZII 6x8 for 60 bucks. I found an auction that had just been listed and "bought it now". My best buy on ebay yet.
It took me 3 weeks and several lost auctions to finally luck out on that one. So my suggestion for you if you go the ebay route is watch the new items frequently looking for a really good deal with the "buy it now" option. If you don't use the "buy it now" you'll end up fighting someone for it and that usually ends up bad for the winner (great for the seller ).
