I have designs in 300dpi, which is the commercial print standard. I can't imagine you needing 600dpi... does your printer, and the special paper say that you need a 600dpi image?
If you really need one at 600dpi, then you can create some sort of design in photoshop at that level, but I doubt you'll ever find a pic on the internet with 600dpi! |

exactly, not online. and even if i had original artwork at 600dpi, id sooner give you my grandmothers credit card info.
illustrator vector work outputs at 900dpi i believe, or you you could scan a photo that high, if "testing" is all you want to do. |

hi,
i like to test my printer. ive some of these very expensive high weight semigloss photopaper... hmm, but i dont have any pictures with a resolution my printer is able to print with. the bigest image i have is a 70mb file with 250dpi. ...but the picture should have min. 600dpi.
where can i finde photos, paintings or anything else in such high quality?

If its only for testing you could simply resize the image to 600dpi. Though it will get substatialy smaler on the printed paper.
Simply keep the pixlel resolution but change the dpi 600. |

umm, the print standard is 300 dpi though... you don't really need 600 as 300 will print as sharp as it'll get on paper... |
