Okay I just got XP on my computer and was wondering if anyone knew how to make these things [UI start up screen] or if someone could make on for me to match my computer theme? I was told you need to know C++ and I have no idea about any of that. I know they have some to download, but none matches my theme thingy going on.

I belive thers a tweakXP in existence...
With that tool/prog you can apparently change those things. Just look for it via google og something.
