I'm Just getting started with art in general. It's more of a hobby than a career for me, maybe it will evolve, whatever. The only drawing program I have is photoshop 6.0.
The hardest thing for me to do right now, is lighting on objects. I can never seem to get the light to fall in a logical way. If any of you know of some simple tutorials or excercises I could do to learn this skill i would be much appreciative.
Thank you so much, I find all the work on this site inspiring. |

you and me both, you and me both
when I get stuck with a lighting problem, I usually find similar-shaped/textured objects I have around, get some portable lights and position those and see what happens. it's not perfect, but it gives me something to work from.
though it would be nice to hear from a pro (I'm not) |
