Hello there!
I would like to ask the pro's out there, what the best way for setting up a pencil drawing for digital painting in photoshop and painter is. Basically what I want to know is... whats the process you use after you scan the pencil sketch and take it to photoshop/painter. Stuff like putting the sketch on bottom level, setting to screen, etc. Tips for both Photohop and Painter are both appreciated!
Thanks in advance!! |

I redraw the most important lines of my sketch, scan it.
Then ( I use Photoshop ) i put the contrast up about 50%, and the brightness up about 15%.
Whiteout Filter, and the Lineart is ready to be worked with.
But, I am seriously no pro.. |
