I'm in a severe rut at the moment and I had a thought, which was that I'm sure I'm not alone...
So I had this idea of creating a thread where people can post ideas which they can't be bothered to do, and people like me who have no idea what to do can try their hand at something.
Before I get flamed for this I should say that all work should be credited appropriatly. |

/brainstorm ON
[a few seconds later]
/brainstorm OFF
draw your room/office (the place where you have your computer placed) the way you would like it to be if say, wou were a billionare and could afford anything!
personaly i'm thinking LOTS of big monitors, very stylised furniture, and tons of semi-necessary gadgets like coffey-machines built into convenient places |

I had a couple things I wanted to paint today but since I can't draw or paint for jack here they go...
paint traffic signs fighting. I am talking flat traffic signs with swords here or guns whatever suits you.
a guy going over a waterfall in a barrel
just 2 things I thought of in the care today. I have a list of the 500 paintings thread from this forum a while ago on my website. http://www.tbns.net/xxpzxx/500paintings.doc
take a look at that I am sure you will find SOMETHING that intrigues you. |

I have an idea, but I'm actually going to use it, you're free to use it too if you want.
Find the ugliest, the worst place to live in your city, take a few photographs around the neiborhood, and run like hell (beware of the rabid homeowners). Then you go home, use the photo as reference to a painting. I've always wanted to paint something ugly, and because it's almost winter now and the sky is grey, I think I can finally proceed with this idea. |
