Try disabling "double-click assist" in the control panel. If that's too drastic, you can instead shorten the double-click threshold.

Hey, my graphire is flawless from what I know, but the only slight annoying problem I'm having with it is that when im drawing in PS, or playing solitaire, or just clicking on links (everyday use basically), sometimes (occasionally) , it thinks im double clicking. So if im in solitaire, and im clicking through my pile, itll go through two cards at once, and I have to goto UNDO to go to the first card that came up. If im in photoshop, im drawing a line, and when I push down for the initial line drawing, itll make a big dot as if I pushed down on the tablet with full force, then draw the line at the pressure which i am pressing at, and this also takes two steps on the histogram. So if I make a mistake, i have to either move the "dot drawing" history to the bottom and then delete it, or just delete that step and re-draw everything after I started that line. Any ideas? My sensitivity should be fine, i've got my drivers updated...
