I have beed using photoshop for about 2 years now and i just go painter. I need some advice, what program is stronger? Just to see if i should swich my drawing to painter.

I love photoshop and find it a lot easier to use... and with photoshop U got a sure winner , U know it is going to be actualised and so on.

use both, they both have strengths in different areas, so for certain effects you should use one program, and for others use the other program. Painter is more geared towards resembling traditional media, while Photoshop, uhh... does other good stuff

Well what do you want to do. If you want the feel and look of natural media brushes then Painter is your tool. Really I would learn both. I use both of them all day long and each has its good and bad points. For drawing Painter just has a wide array of brushes that Photoshop just can not match.
