The Loomis Project has a new home at www.yoyodyne.net

I'm glad I can give something back to the people on this forum. I'd also like to thank everyone that worked so hard to put this all together. You can access the book under the projects menu.

I'd like to thank everyone who made this possible, Lord Whorfin, Anthony, and not least, Andrew Loomis. I know he's dead, but that is an awfully good book to leave to us.

Now I'm off to get my art better

Looks good Whorfin! You might want to edit the html on the thumbnails page as well. Splendid job. :]

Funny thing is I did edit it. Nothing seems to happen when I upload it though. Also try going from the thumbnail page to the text index by clicking the link. All the editing changes I made are gone. Weird. I'll fiddle with it more when I finish my new animation.

HA! Anyone else see that the new home is now also listed on CGChannel...? Took the 'outside world' long enough to notice... wonder what it'll do for traffic...
Much thanks Dr. Liza-... er, Lord Whorfin.

LW-
kinda...
I don't go to Cogswell... I was Vis-a-vis' Lead Artist while they were there...
how'd you put two and two together and come up with me?
I may teach drawing, life drawing and concept design this Fall there... as I am quite unemployed in the field right now.

Hehe...well, I put news up on 3dpalette every time anthony used to update the site, but unfortunately we went down. Fortunately, I'm now working at cgchannel, so I slapped up the link pronto baby!

immi - did that link go up around 2:30 yesterday? The traffic went nuts after that. We started tracking it around 10:00 PST and since then it is getting an avarage of 2239 hits per five minutes! This won't be a problem though. We made some changes to speed things up.
