Is this a joke? - If it is then its not very funny, if it isn't then:
Window > Reset pallette locations
Select the brush icon on the tool bar (left hand side)(if a pencil icon is showing, click and hold on the icon and release on the paintbrush icon from the pop-out menu)
Select the size and style of brush from the option bar (underneath the main menu bar at the top)
Paint! |

keke.. sorry no joke.. i have heard you can use like oil brushes and other neat things like that.. i know how to make size differnet.. but i didnt know how to change textures of hte brushes.. soo.. sorry to make you laugh : ).

That's a pretty basic question..if you can't figure that out, you have a tough road to hoe. Try and see if you can read the manual, help, or one of 6 kajiullion websites to find the answer.
