Dhabs been busy. He hasn't had time to start the thing up again. And if your referring to the button at the top... guess that happened after the forum upgrade and he hasnt had time to customize yet.

I'd hardly say that the fact he doesn't have the time to do something like drawclub for a bunch of strangers scattered about the globe makes him irresponsible.

Though, letting one of the moderators(or whoever) take care of it is actually a really good idea.
