Hey.

I need some painting help.
I tried painting an apple today. With acrylics. This was the result: http://www.deadbyte.com/trend/IMG_0959.JPG

Anyway, Tips? Some books maybe? How did everyone else learn to paint? Should I take some classes? I don't know how good a 14 year old with no painting (or hardley drawing experience) would be at teaching himself painting.
