What kind of paper all uses. I just curious, because I don't really happy with simple inkjet, or photocopier paper.

Vellium is to expensive... Any alternatives?

You should use Marker paper ,preferably a good brand, available at an art store. A good marker paper won't "bleed" like regular paper.

Marker paper will usually say,
bleed proof...

alhtough, if you really cannot afford marker paper, then with good markers, such as the Letraset ones, if you colour carefully on heavy 75gms and subsequently ink you outlines later on, you can make a decent marker render

Best Regards,
Koshime

Marker paper is good but I like to use regular sketch paper. I find it blends the markers better.

The advantage with Letraset marker paper though is that on top of being bleed-proof, they are also the brightest and have the smoothest surface. Regular paper contains higher levels of acidity, and eventually turns yellow.

The only down side is the price, but it's worth it, especially if you're doing professional marker comps.
