lo guys,
ive just started doing digi-art and wondered what u think the best way of coloring my images so they look realistic is?

If you want realistic shading I'd op for the Airbrush, as i tend to think the Dodge & Burn tools are only good for cartonish images, however if they are used appropiatly they can give excellent results. |

Using the right tools doesn't give you a realistic picture. Knowing how to paint does. So stick with whatever tools you feel comfortable with, but experiment with them all.
(though a lot of talented people use the paintbrush tool, with a hard-edged brush.) |
