Ok, this is about photography, and even though it's not something everyone here thinks is "art," me and some others do think it is, and some of us really enjoy it.

So, anyways, I have this dilemma regarding my photographic work lately.

With photoshop, it's so easy to turn your work into b/w, sepia, or change the color tones. I'm at the point where I'm making 4 or 5 versions of each image I like. How do you make that decision to keep just one version as the "official version?"

I'm not really into photography, but I like to see good photos, and this is a pleasant example.

I would say that you answered your question in your statement about Photoshop. I would keep the original photo as it was taken, then if you want to colorize it for a different mood you know that it is easily done in PS.

Nice picture.

Oh, I definitely keep "raw data" versions of all files, but I guess what I'm trying to ask is this: If I were to showcase my work, how would I decide which version to pick to showcase? I can't possibly show more than one, but how do I choose one over another? I love sepia tone for it's "classic" look, b/w for it's mystery, colored for the contemporary look, and usually a very warm colored version because I love warm tones... See my problem?

As far as posting more photography, I might do it in Random Musings. But I want to ask for permission first from the people that frequent there, since some of my work are nudes.

In all seriousness, I think you should decide on a piece-by-piece basis. Try variations and see which works best with the individual piece's strengths and weaknesses. The female form looks good in black and white, for example, and when it's a nude it helps disassociate it from porn.
