Hi,
I am looking for a graphics designer who can do nice work in photoshop and maybe a little bit of 3D. Someone willing to work around 1 hour a day, 5 days a week creating custom graphics for a new project. Creating logos, text effects, backgrounds, menus, buttons, characters, etc. Someone young with great ideas and some work to show me,(portfolio) even small. This project involves 3 months of work and than getting percentages of the companies profits each month after launching the website. There are around 20 people involved in this project:webdesigners, programmers, promoters, advertisers, sales, etc. The team is working on creating a huge website.
