I put a bunch of test entries to better show what the cells are doing. I'm using IE 5.5

Ok I don't know if this falls under digital art or not, but I do know that there are a ton of great web designers on this forum so...
I'm trying to use a SSI to include a guestbook into a page. That part works just fine...but the problem I'm having is that when a post is submitted and the guestbook is refreshed then two of the cells on the page get stretched and I don't know how to keep them from changing in size. The two cells are "Navigation" and "Updates".
Just take a look and sign it to see what I mean. http://www.control2x.com/guestbook.shtml
I bet this is a simple problem, but I've tried, so any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
