Anyone have this book of Brom's collected works, and, if so, is it any good? What's it like? Thanks!

I picked it up last week.
Nice printing, it's a good book.

I also bought "the art of marvel comics" and the printing was terrible...all the paintings were washed out and dull. Too bad.

A "must have" IMHO.

(if you're into that sort of fantasy art)

I own about 20 fantasy art books and my favorites are; Brom's Darkwerks; Keith Parkinson's Knightsbridge; and Frazetta's Icon. They've been inspirational and eye openers. I think you'll enjoy Darkwerks a lot if you like fantasy art. Specially the creepy and strange type of fantasy.

Btw, get yourself "Spectrum7" if you haven't. I think it will blow your mind. Lots of great talent there in all kinds of mediums.

sorry 'bout that
It's really cool, one of the first pages shows how Brom's art progressed from a little tyke to about 20 years old it will blow you away how young he was when his art started kicking ass.
