i have a big problem.. i live in germany.. well, that's not actually the problem.. the problem is, that i'd try out those miraculous, magnificiant prismacolor markers, but since prismacolor is an us brand, i haven't seen any prismacolor products in germany.. does anyone know how to get those markers in germany? or do i need to import them from usa?

Good markers... I like them. Maybe if all else fails have a US friend buy them for you and you send them the money!

Buahahaha. I was gonna make a thread about this, and i still will!

But to answer your question,

Prismacolor isn't a brand. It's a product line-name of Berol. Berol is now owned by Sanford, which is a British company.

There is no reason why they wouldn't have them in Europe, seeing as Europe IS the home of all the artist geeks that need those awesome Prismas. Look at college book stores, big huge art supply stores.

And yes. They ARE awesome. Quite simply the best markers I've ever used. They make my brain smell good..

They're expensive, too, if you don't know where to buy them. They can easily run you 4 bucks a piece, depending on where you buy them.

I *think* www.artsuppliesonline.com might deliver in Europe. And there's probably a couple of European (hehehehehe) dopplegangers on the web, too. Artsuppliesonline has fairly cheap prices. You can get the whole 144 piece set, plus the stand, and the neato color mixer marker for like, 300 bucks American.
